MOQ means Minimum Order Quantity. This applies for customised products or products that we do not carry stocks of (minimum 500 pieces).
If you need smaller quantities, please feel free to contact us via email@example.com or via our online contact us form.
We will send you a confirmation order once you place your order with us.
If the products are unavailable, you may choose to substitute with other products or to get a refund. Alternatively, you may choose to wait for the ordered products to arrive.

For orders above 1000 pieces, please contact us and we will assist you.
If the product is not available, you may cancel, choose a substitute, or get a refund.
If you would like to cancel your online order, each order will be subjected to cancellation charges of $10. Refund will be made to the customer within 5-10 working days in the same mode of payment that was used in the original purchase.
For customers whom need their orders urgently, we recommend you to head down to our retail store to purchase your items.
Free delivery is provided for orders above $200 net. For orders below $200, a delivery fee of $30 is charged.
For small orders, courier mailing is offered at $10 per order.
You may also choose to self collect your order at our retail store at 1 Ubi View #01-05, Focus One, Singapore 408555.

Upon confirmation of wrong or defective items, we will offer a free replacement.
You will be eligible for one-to-one exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, self-collection or purchase at our store, with the original tax invoice or receipt.
Items must be returned with full packaging in original condition.
Promotional items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
There will be no refund of balance if the substituted product is of a lower value.
Upon placing your order, please check your email for your email confirmation.
Upon placing your orders, please wait 1-2 working days for us to send you a confirmation email that your items are ready for collection. Please present to us a copy of your invoice at the retail store.

Mondays to Fridays, 9am-5.45pm (Avoid lunch time between 12.30pm to 1.30pm.) and Saturdays, 9am-12.45pm
You may arrange courier service other than Grab to pick up your order. Please quote your order number or provide as a copy of your invoice when collecting the items at our retail store.
Please note that we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged products delivered by your own delivery service.
Credit Terms are available only to corporate accounts, subject to review and approval by the Management.
To apply for credit terms, please complete the credit application form and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Favor International reserves the right to amend or cancel the credit terms at any time without prior notice.
Payment is due no later than 30 days of Favor International’s invoice.
For customised products, you are required to make a 50% deposit upon confirmation and pay the remaining balance upon delivery/collection of your order.
NOTE: For local CMO, delivery takes 8 to 12 working days. Custom-Made Order typically takes 4-6 weeks for delivery or longer depending on each product requirements upon firm confirmation of your orders.
The minimum order quantity for CMO products is 500 pieces*.
