You are entitled to enjoy $5 off your first order (minimum spend $50). Please create and login to your account. Simply enter the code ‘FIRST5’ when you checkout.
We will send you an email confirmation within 1-2 working days to confirm your orders.
Place your order via our website ( and make payment online. Do call and inform us about the order so we can try to expedite your order or delivery. Alternatively, same-day delivery is available at a charge of $50, Monday-Friday, subject to availability of driver.
Unfortunately we do not provide product samples. However, you may head down to our retail store to take a look at the products or purchase a piece of each item.

MOQ means Minimum Order Quantity. This applies for customised products or products that we do not carry stocks of (minimum 500 pieces).

All our products are in stocks unless it is sold out or customised products.

We will send you a confirmation order once you place your order with us.

If the products are unavailable, you may choose to substitute with other products or to get a refund. Alternatively, you may choose to wait for the ordered products to arrive.

All goods sold are strictly non-refundable.

For customers whom need their orders urgently, we recommend you to head down to our retail store to purchase your items.

Free delivery is provided for orders above $200 net. For orders below $200, a delivery fee of $20 is charged.

For small orders, courier mailing is offered at $5 per order.

You may also choose to self collect your order at our retail store at 1 Ubi View #01-05, Focus One, Singapore 408555.

Upon confirmation of wrong or defective items, we will offer a free replacement.

You will be eligible for one-to-one exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, self-collection or purchase at our store, with the original tax invoice or receipt.

Items must be returned with full packaging in original condition.

Promotional items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

There will be no refund of balance if the substituted product is of a lower value.

Upon placing your order, please check your email for your email confirmation.

Upon placing your orders, please wait 1-2 working days for us to send you a confirmation email that your items are ready for collection. Please present to us a copy of your invoice at the retail store.

Mondays to Fridays, 9am-5.45pm (Avoid lunch time between 12.30pm to 1.30pm.) and Saturdays, 9am-12.45pm

You may arrange courier service other than Grab to pick up your order. Please quote your order number or provide as a copy of your invoice when collecting the items at our retail store.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged products delivered by your own delivery service.

You may make payment via Credit Card/Debit Card, Cheque, IBG (Inter Bank Transfer) or PayNow. Please email us the screen shot of your payment for verification.
You may only make payment via Credit Card/Debit Card.

Credit Terms are available subject to review and approval by the Management which will take up to 7 business days.

To apply for credit terms, customers have to accumulate a minimum of $1000 per month for at least 3 consecutive months.

Payment is due no later than 30 calendar days after the end of the month in which the invoice is issued.

Maximum credit limit allowed is $2,000 and subject to approval.

Default on payment may result in termination of the credit agreement.

New sales will be allowed only after full payment of the overdue invoice(s) is received.

NOTE: For local CMO, delivery takes 8 to 12 working days. Custom-Made Order typically takes 4-6 weeks for delivery or longer depending on each product requirements upon firm confirmation of your orders.

The minimum order quantity for CMO products is 500 pieces*.
